I’m beyond excited to finally share our latest collaboration with you—the Ouseburn Farm – Garden Herbs Scented Candle! This candle holds a special place in my heart because it’s inspired by Ouseburn Farm, a city farm here in Newcastle that does incredible work for the community. When we first started working on this project, I knew I wanted to create something that captured the natural beauty and tranquillity of the farm’s gardens and allotments.

Recently, I had the chance to visit Ouseburn Farm, and it was such a brilliant experience. Being surrounded by the fresh, green spaces, with herbs growing all around, was truly inspiring. I snapped a few photos of the farm while I was there, and they perfectly capture the calm, earthy vibe we wanted this candle to reflect. The scent itself is a blend of basil, rosemary, thyme, and other garden herbs—just like walking through an allotment on a sunny day.

Sustainability has always been at the core of what we do at Hot Wax, and this collaboration really brings that to life. Like all our products, the Garden Herbs candle is made with eco-friendly soy wax and comes in recycled packaging. What makes this even more special is that each candle sold supports the amazing work Ouseburn Farm does, from growing food to offering environmental education in the heart of the city.
