Autumn Candle Making Workshop at All Bar One, Newcastle
If there’s anywhere made for Candles & Cocktails, it’s Grey Street.
We’re heading to All Bar One Newcastle for an autumn evening of cosy scents, cocktails and candle making, right in the heart of one of Britain’s most celebrated streets.
As the nights draw in and candle season properly takes over, you’ll make your own 120ml soy wax candle from scratch, choosing from a selection of our autumn fragrances while we guide you through the whole process.
And because this one’s on a Thursday, All Bar One’s cocktail offer will be in full swing too – two cocktails for £15 if you fancy keeping the Candles & Cocktails part going after your welcome drink.
Whether you’re bringing friends, planning a date night or coming along on your own, it’s a relaxed 90 minutes of candle making, drinks and very autumnal behaviour on one of Newcastle’s most beautiful streets.
Your ticket includes a complimentary welcome drink on arrival, your handmade candle and one of our signature Hot Wax goodie bags to take home.

Grey Street has been celebrated as one of Britain’s finest streets – and we can’t think of many better places for an autumn evening of candles and cocktails.
Cosy scents, a beautiful Newcastle setting and two cocktails for £15 afterwards if one simply wasn’t enough.
Candle season is officially in session.
Just a quick heads up… We absolutely love this venue, but it does have quite a few steps (including to the toilets). They can catch me out after a couple of cocktails, never mind anyone else! Unfortunately that means it isn’t suitable for wheelchair users. If you need step-free access, I’d recommend one of our Tyneside Cinema or Motel One Newcastle workshops instead – they’re both fully accessible.
