Autumn Candles

Three scents. One very good excuse to stay in.

Autumn has officially entered the chat.

The lighter evenings are disappearing, the jumpers are back out and suddenly lighting a candle at 4pm feels completely reasonable again.

So we’ve pulled together three Hot Wax scents that were basically made for this time of year:

Fireside Oak. North Shore Coffee. Tennessee Whiskey.

Three completely different fragrances that somehow work perfectly together. Warm, rich, comforting and just the right side of indulgent.

If summer is all windows open and pretending the washing will dry outside, this is the bit of the year we really understand.

Fireside Oak

The cosy one.

Deep, woody and warming, Fireside Oak has that proper curled-up-by-the-fire feel without making your house smell like you’ve actually set fire to a log burner.

Think warm woods, smoky depth and those first properly cold evenings when staying in suddenly becomes the better option.

Light this one when the big light is OFF.

North Shore Coffee

The morning one.

Our brand new collaboration with North Shore, and easily our best coffee candle to date.

We’ve used real North Shore coffee grounds in the making of this one, giving it that rich, freshly brewed coffee feel that smells ridiculously good in a kitchen, living room or anywhere else you fancy pretending you’ve got your life together.

We’ve rubbed shoulders with North Shore at plenty of North East markets over the years, normally with one of their coffees in hand, so this collaboration made complete sense.

Warm, comforting and properly coffee-y.

No weird sickly café syrup vibes here.

Tennessee Whiskey

The evening one.

Smooth, rich and a little bit grown-up.

Tennessee Whiskey brings that warm, slightly sweet, smoky feel that is absolutely made for darker nights.

It’s the candle equivalent of pouring yourself something nice, getting comfortable and deciding whatever you were meant to be doing can probably wait until tomorrow.

A proper Hot Wax favourite — and one that comes into its own once autumn arrives.
