We’ve created The Croissant Club — a subscription for croissant fanatics, founder perks and making sure you never run out of Croissant again.

Welcome to the Croissant Club
The Croissant Club is for people who love our Croissant Candle and never want to be without one.
For £15 per month you’ll receive:
- One 180ml Croissant Candle
- One complimentary seasonal wax melt
- Free UK delivery
No minimum commitment. Cancel whenever you like.
How Does It Work?
Your first payment is taken when you place your order.
After that, your subscription renews automatically each month using the payment method you provided at checkout. We’ll then get busy pouring, packing and dispatching your next Croissant Candle.
Simple.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your Hot Wax account.
This includes:
- Viewing upcoming payments
- Updating your payment details
- Cancelling your subscription
- Viewing previous orders
We understand there may be times when you need to pause or cancel your subscription, and that’s absolutely fine. There are no cancellation fees and no awkward phone calls required.
If you ever have any trouble managing your subscription, just drop us a message at info@hotwax.shop and we’ll happily help. We’re a small team based in Newcastle and there’s a good chance you’ll be speaking directly to one of the people who poured your candle.
Seasonal Wax Melts
Each month we’ll include a complimentary seasonal wax melt worth £4.
These will change throughout the year and may include new launches, seasonal favourites or scents we think you’ll enjoy discovering alongside Croissant.
Part of the fun is not knowing exactly what’s coming next.
Wax melt fragrances cannot be selected or exchanged.
Delivery
Your subscription order will be dispatched after your monthly renewal payment has been successfully processed.
Whilst we always aim to dispatch quickly, delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, public holidays or circumstances outside of our control.
Changes To The Croissant Club
From time to time we may make small changes to the Croissant Club, including wax melt selections, packaging, delivery methods or other subscription benefits.
We’ll always try to make any changes with our customers in mind.
If We Ever Need To Stop The Subscription
We sincerely hope that day never comes, but we reserve the right to cancel or discontinue the Croissant Club if circumstances make it impossible for us to continue.
This may include:
- Fragrance oils becoming unavailable
- Key ingredients being discontinued by suppliers
- Significant supply chain issues
- Circumstances outside of our reasonable control
If this ever happens, we’ll let subscribers know as soon as possible and no future subscription payments will be taken.
